I have created a gallery but there seems to be a problem with the theme. When you have more thumbnails than the actual width of the gallery itself, you can’t scroll the thumbnails that are hidden. So basically, you can only have like 6 pictures per gallery which is a problem.
What can I do about that?
10/10/2012 at 1:00 PM #8673Hi Michael,
I already answered your question on the blog of Themeforest. If you’re still having problems, please post only here, so we can answer at one place.
10/10/2012 at 1:10 PM #8675Hi Helen,
I have already done as you mentioned. When I do so, I get a thumbnail gallery which I like very much, just the thumbnails don’t scroll which is a problem because there are more than just the few thumbnails that you can actually see.
Here is the link to the example: http://webconstruction.ca/eagletours/snorkel-sail-and-sand-tour/
Here is the shortcode used:
[image_gallery transition="fade" height="412" width="500" autoplay="true"]
[image src="http://webconstruction.ca/eagletours/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/trp-0.jpg" ]

[/image_gallery]How can we get the thumbnails to scroll?
Thank you.
16/10/2012 at 9:55 AM #8740Hi Michael,
I see what you mean and have passed this on to the development theme so they can take a look at it with the next theme update
19/10/2012 at 3:07 PM #8776That isn’t much of an answer when it comes to support… You don’t state when and you are’t helping at all with this particular problem by telling me you have passed it on to the updates department.
I also thought you should know that the css file that controls the style of the gallery wasn’t even completely finished… I am talking about this file: galleria.classic.css
What you see now on the website I am working with is modifications I made myself to the css to get the gallery working.
Also, you can’t add any other gallery plugins to the website at the moment. They just don’t work… Because something is wrong in your coding for JQuery loading. So can ‘t really use other plugins that require Jquery.
These are very irritating bugs, which I understand can happen. But since your support is really bad, seriously, you and Helen haven’t provided me with any answer other than one line phrases which don’t answer or solve any problems. The answer I got from Helen was seriously lacking initiative.
It obviously looks like you guys don’t care anymore. I purchase a theme from you guys about a year ago and support was better than, now it is very bad which doesn’t make me want to buy any more themes from you guys because it is too much of a hassle to write to you guys for support and get useless answers…
19/10/2012 at 9:14 PM #8782Michael!
How did you end up fixing your problem? It looks like its working on your link
19/10/2012 at 9:41 PM #8783Hi Juli,
To get the gallery to work, you need to modify the CSS in file: galleria.classic.css
If you want, send me your email address via private message and I can send you the modified CSS.
19/10/2012 at 11:27 PM #8784that would be awesome.. sending it now
