my video controls are not showing up when i use the shortcode:

does anbody have any tips about the player?I love the theme, and have searched everywhere for my answers… Can anyone please help me?
Running newest version of james theme:
-WHERE IS JAMES PORTFOLIO TAB in admin? i see home, backgrounds, fonts etc but nowhere do i see a portfolio setting !
-How to make full screen gallery with thumbnails as in the theme demo?
-How to apply white label logo? i uploaded the image but it’s still the same default login.
The portfolio and gallery options you are looking for, should be in the Category Setup tab. We use categories with posts to display the galleries. You can edit the way the category shows ( ex. blog/gallery) in there.
As for the white label logo, I’m not sure what would be happening there, it appears to work properly for us…

Our client has recently purchased the JAMES theme to use it as his business web site.
The site URL is http://www.aldentro.plWe’ve installed the theme and filled with content - but we’ve encoutered some problems ONLY in the way it’s displayed on mobile apple devices - iPhones & iPads.
We have 3 issues:
1. There’s a problem with the main menu which scrolls along with the content in a situation when there’s too much content to fit on one page without scrolling. So the menu is sort of “welded” to one certain point of content and moves along with it once you scroll. This of course causes the menu dark blend to cover some content text / gallery / whatever it crosses.
2. There’s another thing - the background video won’t play on iPad - in no way we are able to get it on…
3. And one last issue - there’s no display of the CATEGORY - although there’s a hub-page on our site that represents a certain category and it’s filled with content and it’s linked through main menu - on iPad / iPhone you cannot display it. The cursor shows that the category is an active link in menu but after clicking it - nothing happens. Certainly it works under windows on FF/Chrome/IE. (it’s URL: http://www.aldentro.pl/?page_id=199; should be displayed once you click on the ZESPÓŁ button on the main menu…)
Any suggestions ? Surely the theme must have been optimized to work on i-equipment fine…

Hi Juli,
The brick video’s can be created when in your post options, at the brick format part you can select videobrick. That’s where you can insert the video into the brick.

Could you please comment on the iPad/iPhone problems i’ve listed above… I just dunno if there’s anything I could do to make ot work…

Hello everyone,
In order to understand more about the theme and setting up a brickpage incl. video, you’re able to install dummy content: Go to your dashboard and following to Appearance / James.
After that, hit the General tab. Down at the General page, you’re able to install Dummy content. This enables you to understand and learn more about the theme.
Theme James will be updated soon also.
