PLEASE help fix the shortcode button it does not work its really slowing down my development of this page I have to cut and paste from the sample page. common guys I need support I posted 2 days ago I am asking please
Freeze is still running on WordPress 3.4. and will be updated asap.
Please use 3.4 and make sure there’s no conflict with plugins.G’Day Mike.
Notwithstanding Helen’s reply to your posting, I have the Freeze theme on a test website running WordPress v3.5 and the Shortcode Button is showing, next to the Insert Media icon above the options lines on both a Post and Page screen. And it is working fine for me, so not sure what is happening with your installation.

Michael.The shortcode button is there it just does not do anything when you click it its it shows the striped line and stays hung up for hours, Please someone help I uninstalled all pluging WordPress 3.4 , 3.5 it does not mater it just does not work

I’m reading this after responding to your other topic, Have you already tried re-installing the theme? Download a fresh copy from themeforest (once purchased, you can redownload for free), rename the old version on your ftp (for backup purposes) and then install the new version.
Since we are currently running freeze on multiple sites (WP3.4) and are not having any problems with that, something must be up with either your version of the theme, or your server. The way to rule out that it’s a theme driven issue would be to install a fresh copy (which would then be the same as the version we use) and see if this solves any problems.
Ok we created a test directory and reinstalled the freeze template (with NO plug ins) Also we downloaded a clen copy, it was installed thru the cpanel using fantastico , we could not install wordpress 3.4 (there was no option) we are a non profit organization and none of us know much about technical stuff. The bottom line is THE SHORT CODE DOES NOT WORK its just gets hung up forever PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS. We can not layout pages in colums etc it takes 10x longer to get anything done using your template. Please do not tell me to uninstall plug ins , plugins or No plugins it makes no difference at least email me the shortcodes for laying out culums so we do not have to struggle laying out the pages..
