When I click on the J icon for shortcodes, it goes to a blank white screen.

What version of James are you using? James got an update yesterday (James2.0) you might want to try and install this latest version if you haven’t done so yet.

If you think this might be something other people might run into, would you mind sharing what turned out to be the problem? Perhaps it could be of aid to others with a similar issue.

I have something called Hotspot shield installed on my laptop and I decided to disconnect it to see if that was affecting the pop up of the shortcodes, and it was. So it has nothing to do with the theme really.
Alright, thats a good thing to know. It’s probably affecting your possibilities to run jQuery scripts then.
