Hello there i would be very grateful if you can tell me the 3 numbers that you use to achieve the same speed of scroll for slider 2 on the screen themes. The data I require is 1) number of slices 2)delay between slices and 3) transitions time - thank you very much. Mark

    Thank you very much.

Also I have noticed that on IE browser the 7 page tabs at the top of the page all display, however on chrome or firefox only 6 display - the far left page title has dissapeared. I understand this is a display issue with other browsers, but is there a relatively straight forward alteration that i can change in CSS for example - maybe some kind of relative positionining????

    Thanks in advance again,
    Mark.

Could you perhaps add your URL so I can go ahead and take a little look at it? I’m not exactly sure I understand what’s happening.

Hello Kevin. URL as follows: -

    http://www.christiansenbuildingservices.co.nz

In IE the last page called PROJECTS is displayed, but as you can see in chrome and firefox it is not…. Many thanks again, Mark.

    Hi,

What I notice is that the fonts are being rendered just slightly different, comparing both the browsers. This is quite a common thing since IE uses other font formats than Chrome or firefox do. For this particular font (maybe less on others, but I cannot guarentee that) it results in the fonts being rendered in a bit of a larger size in Chrome and firefox, causing the seventh link to no longer fit.

Things like looking into some other fonts or reviewing the titles/subtitles of your menu items, taking into account their length could help you solve this issue.

Hello Kevin. Thanks for all your help. Just one more thing, can you tell me hoe I can stop the following from happening?

    —Link removed on request —

Basically the page does not exist, it would be good if in some way I could stop google crawling pages like this that simply dont exist.

    Thanking you in advance again,
    Mark

I’m not exactly sure how google might’ve gotten a hold of that. Did you change anything in the permalinks that might have changed the way they look, which means that a formerly available page has turned into a non-existing one?

    I see what you mean,

What I read is that google can crawl search result pages when they are being linked to. It doesn’t seem to be a theme-related thing though, I’m not quite sure how to tackle this except checking to see if you’ve got any links to search result pages. I see one in this topic, perhaps google has picked up on that.

Ok, many thanks Kevin, I’ll try and track any external links and remove, hopefully Google will also drop the search result in time. Would you mind removing the link by the way from earlier in this forum? Thanks for an excellent theme,
    Mark.
