I’m trying to set up The Basics theme here: http://northstate.fatcatstrategies.com/ and I have a few questions:

    1) I loaded a few images into the home page slider, but they are doing a background repeat. I notice on your demo site that the images on the home page slider automatically size with the browser window. What do I need to do to set up automatic sizing on my home page?

    2) the setting for the transition effects seems buggy. The setting for “rain” “swirl” and “straight” all seem the same. All I really want is a straight slider like the one on your demo page.

    3) How do I set up the overlay animations for the slider? (like the ones you show on the demo?) I tried adding a TD Animation short code in the slider content area, but that did nothing.

    Thanks

To make things as clear as possible I’ll include a screenshot of what our slider setting looks like for the homepage.

doing the same thing should bring up the same result.

Note that our homepage has been set to display a static page in settings -> reading
