24/10/2012 at 9:27 AM #8825Hi,
Here’s what you’ll want to do to set up the menu correctly:
Go to appearance -> menus.
Once in there, create a menu and add pages and/or categories to it. Drag and drop them to order them the way you want, drag menu items onto other menu items to create sub-menus. Once done, save the menu.
Now on the left, you will be able to assign this menu to be your main navigation (which is the header menu) do this and save again.
Your menu should now be set up properly
29/10/2012 at 1:22 PM #8872This was how I set it up in the first place, but redone it as per your instructions but the result is the same with the menu not displaying correctly see here http://www.simple-call-solutions.com
01/11/2012 at 1:20 PM #8899That seems a little odd, normally, setting up the menu from appearance->menus should be the proper way.
What you could try is installing a fresh version of the theme, to make sure none of the files are corrupted. Just download a new version from themeforest (redownload will be for free), remove the current version from your FTP (or rename it for backup) and then install this freshly downloaded one. This to rule out whether your files are corrupt or not.

05/11/2012 at 4:00 PM #8936I’m afraid that since these themes are being sold by themeforest, refunds aren’t quite something we can do.
I would however like to take a little look back-end if you are interested, to see if I can find what’s going on. Something must be set up incorrectly.
If you’re interested, please send me the login credentials via private message.
