Theme Dutch likes to introduce ‘Live support’ via Skype and Theme Viewer

We are continuously trying to improve our customer service. Recently we’ve introduced our Premium Support subscriptions and Theme Dutch members already making use of our Premium Support subscriptions successfully.

We are thinking also about introducing a complete new option: ‘Live Support’ via Skype and Theme Viewer. How does it work?

Theme Dutch members can hire us by the hour in order to receive ‘live support’ from our theme developers. What do you need to do?

1. First make an appointment on working days (Amsterdam time) and pay for your Live Support subscription.

2. After you’ve paid for your Live Support subscription, you’ll have to install Theme Viewer, contact us via Skype at the time of your appointment, and first leave all necessary login details in the chat box, so we can start working immediately.

3. One of our developers will talk to you (live) and solve your problems while you are watching on your screen. In the meanwhile you can ask all kinds of questions.

Please let us know whether this extra support option is desired. After reading your comments we’ll decide wither we are going to introduce this new way of ‘Live Support’.
