Could you please verify your purchase with us by inserting your themeforest purchase code into your profile details (My Account -> My Profile -> Edit profile)?
We can only provide support to our verified ccustomers.

    Thank you,

    Kevin,

Just verified my purchase code, you guys will see it on your end shortly! Thanks

    Hi Miranda,

Thank you for verifying your purchase with us!

Are you referring to the fact that there’s space in front of (and on the other screenshot behind) the first image, in the first row? Or was it something else that you meant?
It sort of looks as though you’ve got three products in there that do not have images…

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Kevin,

Yes i was referring to the white space and off course i had featured images uploaded, that was my point, the catalog images were not lining up properly, they skipped 3 spots and the first image was the last one in first raw. But i actually fixed the problem, i just uploaded the newer version of the theme, that fixed it! Thanks anyways ;)

Can i please ask you something else here if you don’t mind that i don’t open new thread, its about the responsiveness of the theme. i really hate how it looks like on iphone or ipad its all crooked, the big images are not centered right, the logo covers the menu drop down, the slider doesn’t show, its just a mess. My question is this: what is the way to have my theme show exactly like your demo version on iphone and ipad? Not to be mobile but just to be the same as its on the computer, but to be squeezable? Exactly the way you guys have your demo version! please let me know! thanks

    Hi Miranda,

Good to hear that was solved.

As for your mobile issue, if I get this right our demo does look good to you in “mobile mode”.
I see you’re currently in maintenance mode. Is there any way I could get past that to take a look? If so, you can supply a ticket with login data through my account -> submit ticket. The ticket system is normally for premium members but as I’ll need access to be able to see the front-end of the website, feel free to use it for that.

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Kevin,

I unlocked my site so that you can take a look of what we discussed, my site looking all crooked in the mobile theme. I’ll attach the shapshot of my product page to give you an example, so you can see what i mean when i say it looks crooked, you can see how the product images are completely overlapping with the - add to cart button, which is going to make it impossible to buy and therefore i can have it like that. As we discussed in the post, what i wanted is to not have my site in the mobile theme but to look the same on the mobile as it looks on the computer, just to be squeezable, the screen, just like you guys have it on a demo! You guys have a regular view not mobile view on your demo, and that is why i bought your theme, i need to have it exactly how it was advertised when i bought the theme, because logically that’s the reason why we buy it!

    My website - http://www.moodytwin.com

Bellow is the snapshot of my mobile product page look!

Also, as the people already complained on this forum, the sliders do not show in the mobile theme, so that is a deal breaker because the most important info of the websites is in the slider, so if you can please just tell me how to have my mobile view like your demo is!

    Thank you so much Kevin!

Thanks Mike, but i would really like to have my theme like your demo on mobile! Not to be mobile theme but just viewable the same as on the computer & squeezable. That is the reason i bought your theme because that’s how you guys showcased it, so would you be so kind to please tell me how to make it as your demo?

    Thanks!

    Hi Miranda,

As far as I am aware there shouldn’t be a difference between the showcased theme on the demo and the one uploaded to themeforest as that are the files we use for that. I do see what you mean in your screenshot (and on your website). Did you try updating to the latest release of Aziza yet?

Also, Do you perhaps have plugins installed that may be interfering somehow? Just to make sure, you could try turning some of them off to see if it changes anything. I’d suggest the theme update first though.

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Kevin,

I’m talking about the mobile view, can you please follow me here, look at your theme demo on the iphone or any phone that you have. And then look at my site on your iphone or whatever phone you have - http://www.moodytwin.com.

Does that look same to you? Your demo theme does not show as mobile theme on the mobile device, it shows the same as on the computer! That is how i want my site to show, i don’t understand what am i not explaining properly? Or take a look at this site - http://www.garancedore.fr/en/ - that is how i want my site to show on ipad or iphone.

I did update the theme, everything is the same, crooked at it was. I did uninstall all my plugins, again, all the same. Please just tell me how to have my theme showcase on the mobile as same that’s on the web. as the examples i showed you and as you guys have your own demo.

    Thanks

    Kevin,

I see indeed a difference in the mobile menu, Miranda’s website shows a weird menu and the home button is behind here logo, I have no clue but it’s different from our demo mobil menu. I have checked it on a android phone.

    Miranda,
Regards your remark: Your demo theme does not show as mobile theme on the mobile device, it shows the same as on the computer!
I’m not sure what you see but this is not correct, Aziza and your site shows a mobil menu. Please check the screenshot.

Regards – http://www.garancedore.fr/en/ as this is not a theme of us, we can not give you advice. And this website is not responsive, so it will never look the same as Aziza, as Aziza is a responsive theme.

    Hi Miranda, Mike,

I see the menu thing as well Mike, other than that, the behaviour appears to me to be quite the same as on our demo page nothing like the screenshot you posted (see my screenshot).

What you’re showing with the other website is a site that does not change any of its appearance even when the size of the browser is changed. This website has no responsiveness at all. The aziza theme was created to change its appearance on mobile, and for what I see, except for the menu, it does that in the same fashion on both our sites.

    Kind regards,
    Kevin
