It sounds like you’ve got a jQuery conflict going on with a plugin on your website. What you can do to find out whether that’s what’s causing the issue and which one it is is turn off all your plugins. Then check for the shortcode generator, see if it works. If it does, turn your plugins back on one by one to find which one is conflicting.

Hi Jeroen,

I must say I do not know of specific plugins that would work with this theme as I haven’t used any with it. However, I believe there should be quite a lot of plugins for this purpose, you might be able to try and find another plugin for it.

Or of course, try and see what is causing this issue within the plugin and see if it’s fixable.
