Hi, i know it’s a common troubleshoot in the forum, i read every post and tried to solve the thing myself but i really couldn’t get through the dummy content installation. It simply doesn’t work.
I constantly get “failed” responds by the wordpress plugin installer.
Is there a chance to get an actual help from the your staff? Just let me know how.
    Thanks in advance

PS i strictly followed every step in the manual

    Hi Davide,

I hear you, some servers having trouble uploading the images, they just can’t handle the upload process for several images.
And we do offer setup services but we can’t quarantine it will work on your server. But we will do our best and for sure we can upload all the pages, menus etc. And some images so you will have a starting point.

If you like that we will give it a try, please visit our wordpress setup services page and send us all login details for ftp, database and the wp login. In some cases we even need to install a new database.

Hi Mike, thanks for your help, i’m actually trying to set everything up myself and… so far so good!
I just have another question.. i’d like to get rid of the “special mention” flag which sticks out of the right side of each page, can you explain me how? Thanks in advance.

By the way, good job. The theme is pretty solid, easy to manage and with a super professional look.

    Great Davide,

I think you have a older version, my guys did that by mistake a while ago.
Download a fresh copy from Themeforest and you will be fine.

    Thanks Mike

I downloaded my purchased copy today, where i can find a fresher version?
Also, i already made a lot of changes and settings and i don’t want to lose everything…
Is there a way to get around this thing?
    Thanks

    Hey i’m a hell of a nerd, i figured out myself… i deleted the related <div> in the footer.php and that’s it.
I’ll be around for other annoying questions, no doubt on that!
    Cheers

    Davide
