Hello Helen,
I have no intention to insult anybody, nor did I. All I am asking for is the bugs to be fixed and to get a reliable date from you by when you expect this to happen. We can’t launch until the bugs are fixed, we are waiting for more than 2 months for this to happen, no one can tell us exactly when this will happen, and one doesn’t get the impression that you take this issue and my problems associated with this really serious. The fact that you just took my latest post off the forum doesn’t really grow my trust in your ability to provide a helpful solution anytime soon. So I have no choice other than filing an official complaint with Envato in order to get help on this. And yes, I will provide my purchase code then.
