Hi, When I try to edit the sliders in ZOZO aspect, I get an error:

    Internal Server Error
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. ”

How do I choose the image of the slide if I can not access this section?

    Hi Damiano,

When exactly does the error appear? After clicking on what link/button?

And is it page wide or in a pop-up style thing?

Also, could you share with me what version of wordpress you are running this on?

    Hi Kevin,

the error appears after clicking edit in any type of sliders (nivo slider, draggable slider, …). The page is wide style. The version of wordpress is 3.5.2. I’m working on line and not local. I also tried to create new slider and see if I could change them, but I have always the same error.

    Hi Damiano,

it seems like it’s having trouble reaching some of your wordpress files. Could you check to make sure there is indeed a wp-load.php in your wordpress root directory? Also, have you done anything that would not be default in your installation (like select different sub-folders to save things in or anything like that?

I reinstalled wordpress locally and mysteriously it works now.

I’d like to understand the reason for which is not to be the site where I’m working online since I have already made many changes and I would do it all just for this problem: (
