17/02/2014 at 9:39 AM #62648Hi Happiness,
Thank you for registering your purchase code,
Keeping in mind your earlier post that I read, I believe this problem may come from the same source. please try doing a fresh theme installation (with a freshly downloaded theme) to see if that solves anything.
Kind regards,

Mark22/02/2014 at 3:46 PM #62756Hi Mark,
We’re working on an update with the dummy content and try to release this very soon.
As for the sitepress plugin, that’s not something that’s included in the theme files, only layer slider, visual composer and td-shortcodes are included plugins.
You can add (and remove / alter) menu items in your wordpress dashboard at appearance -> menu’s. That’s where you can manage your menu’s.
Kind regards,
Kevin23/04/2014 at 6:34 AM #63382Hi,
I’m having the same issue importing the dummy content. I would like to know if you have already a solution for this, so I can test all features with this dummy content. I have the last version of Joop ThemeThanks
23/04/2014 at 8:10 AM #63384Hi Cavaleras,
Errors such as
Failed to import topic-tag big logo Failed to import topic-tag Login icon Failed to import topic-tag new shortcodes in JOOP 1.2usually happen if you do not have bbpress plugin installed and activated.
the dummy content includes contents, topics, products, forum topics
so when doing an import of the dummy content without having any of the plugins that we have in our demo, like bbpress, woocommerce, etc. then you will get those kinds of notifications after the import
However, I do believe that the remaining part of the dummy content should then import properly. For example, when you go to check your pages and posts, do you notice any of the dummy content’s pages there?
Kind regards,
Kevin24/04/2014 at 12:29 AM #63400Thank you so much Kevin,
This worked for me. With this issue, neither pages and post were imported, but after installing and activating the BBPress plugin, all worked fine.Regards
24/04/2014 at 8:07 AM #63401Hi Cavaleras,
That’s great! Also thanks for specifying how you got it to work. That will help our fellow community members may they run into similar issues.
Kind regards,
