Champi originally comes with only two menu’s one main menu and a footer menu. It should however be possible to add the option for a third menu (at the spot you point out) in a theme customization.

We offer customization jobs for our themes to help our customers tweak the theme with extra options or other changes they would like to make the theme best fit their needs. you can read some more about that here: http://theme-dutch.com/shop/by-an-hour/

We calculate all our customization jobs in the form of hours. We can give you a quote on how many hours certain customizations would cost to realize. If you wish to have a price quote on these customizations, just shoot me an e-mail to kevin(a)theme-dutch.com (in Dutch or English, as I understand you’re probably Dutch that would work just fine as well if you prefer). In this e-mail try to explain the things you would like to have customized on your theme in some detail.

I will then be able to pass the e-mail on to the correct people within theme-dutch so I can give you a proper price quote on the different things you might want to see customized.
