Hi, I have purchased Cesare 1.0 and now on WP 3.5 I have noticed that my submenus are not showing in IE9 and also some other issues related to page editing where I cannot upload new pictures.
With Chrome the menus appear just fine but I cannot edit content to add more images from gallery either.
This is impacting my usage and also my visitors, urgent help is required and any suggestion much appreciated.
Many thanks!
20/12/2012 at 6:49 PM #9547Cesare is not 3.5 ready yet, so you will need to go back to wp 3.4.
As soon as the update is ready, you can download it from your TF account
27/12/2012 at 4:19 PM #9823hi Mike, are you guys working on this update please? this is causing me major inconvenience, I have 17K visitors a month and navigation menu is crippled! what is the TF account? also, do you have any documentation on the downgrade? i don’t want to make things worse already… thanks

Happy holidays by the way

30/01/2013 at 10:05 AM #10454Hi Anca Bontea,
We are having interviews with Applicants, to speed up our service. We are very busy to expand our team.
Hopefully you can wait a bit longer.
We’re very sorry for the inconvience in the meantime.
Best wishes,
Helen25/02/2013 at 12:10 PM #10830Hi,
I have the same issue.
I have purchased Cesare 1.0 and I try to run it on WP 3.5, and I my submenus are not showing in Chrome Version 25.0, IE8 and Safari 5.1.7
How can I slove it. Do I have to go back to WP 3.4 ?
Best,
Stéphane
25/02/2013 at 1:47 PM #10838Hi,
for now I think that would be the best idea. We’re still working on getting all our themes updated to full 3.5 compatibility, but have unfortunately been facing some delays due to staffing issues.

25/02/2013 at 11:09 PM #10862Hi,
Thank you. It’s working well with WP 3.4.
One more question. Does Cesare theme works with WPML ? My web site needs to be multilingual.
Best,
Stephane
26/02/2013 at 2:43 PM #10868Hi Stephane,
I don’t have any experience in combining the cesare theme with the WPML plugin so I’m afraid I can’t accurately tell if they’ll be compatible.

04/03/2013 at 2:34 PM #10924Do you have an estimate of when this upgrade will be available? I have tried downgrading my wordpress and it doesn’t work… So, I would love to be able to just upgrade the theme!
Thanks!
05/03/2013 at 10:48 AM #10931Hi Kelly,
Since updating themes for compatibility is always very unpredictable work, as we never know quite what problems we will encounter beforehand and on top of that we’ve got a lot of themes to update, I’m afraid I really can’t give you a good estimate.
