    Hi! I love your theme!
    Somethign strange happens. I set it up one year ago, it was fine. About 10 days ago it just stops working. The backend is fine, all the media files, the pages, the articles are in place. But the user frontend is a white page.
    I tought it was for the worpdress version. I downgrade to 3.4 but it still doesn’t work.

    Hi Marica,

    Do you remember doing anything that caused the theme to stop working? Update wordpress, change the theme files, add a plugin, change a setting. Or can anything has happened on your server?

    There has got to be some reason why the site stopped working. If nothing has changed, nothing can have caused this to happen

    I double checked but nothing has happened. Also I saw server logs and everything was ok.
    But I am not the only one who manage the website so I can’t be 100% sure.
    But now how can I fix this?
    I uploaded the theme files again, I downgraded to 3.4 worpdress version. If I activate the Eleven Theme it works, if I activate Screen theme it doesn’t.

    Hi Marcia,

    So you can get to the back-end, correct? Could you try de-activating all the plugins from there?

    Also, I suggest you download a fresh version of the theme and replace your currently installed version with that one. To make sure it doesn’t have anything to do with this version of the theme being corrupted or anything like that.

    I have the same issue - the theme just stopped working, nobody touched it, no new plugins or updates either :(
