    Hi Andreas,

The ZoZo Shortcode manager seems to work ok for my install. Are you trying to use this on a post or a page? Also, do you have any new plugins installed?

    Hi Andreas,

I’ve tried this on my install as well and it does appear to work properly there.

You say you have no “new plugins” installed. Does this mean it used to work and then stopped working without you installing any extra plugins?

Or that you already had some plugins installed, then installed zozo and after that did not add any plugins?

Or that you don’t have any plugins installed whatsoever (except for those 3 or 4 that are installed by default?

If you do have any activated plugins, have you tried deactivating them all (even the ones you might already have had installed).

    Hi Andreas,

Yeah those shouldn’t cause any problems…

What I’d suggest you to try is install a fresh version of the theme. sometimes in download and upload files might get corrupted somehow. What you want to do is download a fresh version of the theme from themeforest (don’t worry once bought you can re-download for free). Remove your current version of the theme (via FTP) and install this freshly downloaded version of the theme.

This sometimes fixes the strangest things. Let me know what happens for you.

    Hi Kevin,

I downloaded it via Mojo-Themes. I re-downloaded it and re-installed a fresh one. the problems are still the same.

do you want to have the access to the homepage?

    Hi,

Sorry I meant to say mojo-themes (got confused as we sell some themes on themeforest, others on mojo).

I guess it couldn’t hurt for me to go and check your website back-end, if you can supply me with some login details. See if I can find anything specific that might be causing this.

If you wish, you can send the login details and URL via email, to kevin(a)theme-dutch.com . Make sure to link to this topic in your e-mail so I’ll know what the link is about.

    Hi Andreas,

When opening the shortcode manager I can se a 500 (Internal Server Error)in the console.

Seems like it’s somehow unable to load something. I think we could wait for your host’s response, see what he says.
