Hi, I’ve installed the new version of this theme, and now the backgrouds have disapeared.
plus the box layout is showing just 2 lines instead of adjusting to the screen.

(you can see it here http://www.alexandranunys.net )

    Hi Sergio,

It looks like the links towards the background images aren’t correct. You’ll want to add the full link (including your websire address, not just starting from wp-content).

As for the boxes, they have a certain width over which they’ll be placed, I believe that’s 8 boxes wide and can be dragged from side to side. There are some other topics in here about that as well I believe, they might contain some more handy information for you about this.

    Hi Sergio,

any chance you could set up an account for me to take a back-end look at that issue? I can’t figure it out from the front-end.

You can send the credentials to me by e-mail kevin(a)theme-dutch.com

Please do add a URL to this topic so I’ll know what i’m looking for.

    Hi Sergio,

I see what you mean and it doesn’t appear to work properly indeed. I was using a different way of getting pretty much the same gallery on my homepage and that one does work.

I will be passing this bug on to our development team so they can go and fix it. For now, I can give you my alternative method that basically results in the same thing.

Create a Page that will be set as a static homepage later on.

In this page, you do not need to add any content. In fact, you’ll want to turn the content block off in the page settings (see screenshot)

Scroll a bit further down in those page settings and create your gallery (much as you did in the theme options ->homepage, where the bug is).

Now that this page is ready and only showing the background gallery, go to settings -> Reading (or in your case Opções -> leitura) and select to display a static homepage. In the dropdown selection box, select the page you’ve just created.

You should now have a properly functioning homepage gallery.
