Hi,
My site seems to take a longtime to initially load and I was wondering if it is possible to disable the loading logo?Cheers

The loading logo’s main purpose is to make sure the website is properly loaded before appearing on people’s screens. I am afraid that in firebird, this loading screen is currently not optional. It would require some code changes to disable the loading logo.
Since Firebird is one of our discontinued themes (read more about that here: http://theme-dutch.com/wordpress-support/topic/message-from-the-staff-regarding-firebird/ ) I’m afraid this option will not appear in a theme update either.
The only way we could help you with this code change would be in a theme customization. (you can read more about those here: http://theme-dutch.com/shop/by-an-hour/). If you wish to have a price quote on a theme customization to achieve removing the loading logo, feel free to shoot me an e-mail to kevin(a)theme-dutch.com and I’ll get you a quote on the customization.
