    Hi again (sorry!!!)

I am using Open Sans as the ‘paragraph’ font for charlesalexiou.com as it supports Greek characters according to its entry on google.com/fonts/

Client says it is displaying as Times Roman in IE 10 and Firefox. I’m seeing a non-serifed version which resembles Open Sans in Greek text on Safari and Chrome. I’m also seeing the Times roman or serifed font in Firefox on a Mac. Is this a theme bug?

As our chosen Headings font Oswald doesn’t support Greek characters, we’d like to add google font Roboto Condensed to our website as an available font. How can we do that in the NoTime theme? Which file would the font info be located in?

Sorry I appear to have taken over the theme forum for this client’s site, but it’s now looking very good with the NoTime theme… just a few small bugs to iron out.

    Cheers

    Hi Sabrina,

I’ve checked in Firefox on my windows laptop and I see a difference between the font shown and the font i see when checking the greek open sans font on google fonts. When I use the element inspecter, it does say Open Sans for the font. I’m not entirely sure what’s causing the issue. I’ll ask our developers.

As for the customly added google fonts. You can just enter the name (instead of selecting one from the list) and it should grab that one. This could be case-sensitive.

Thanks Kevin. If the developers say there is a bug I’ll know it’s not just us.

I typed in the name of our chosen google font Roboto Condensed for headings, and it displayed OK on the options page, but it showed up as Times Roman even in Safari once implemented, which is a shame.

    Cheers

    Hi Kevin,

Any update from the developers on why Open Sans is displaying Greek with serifs in IE10 and Firefox? I have been troubleshooting Greek font display myself and haven’t solved it yet.

    Cheers
