    Hi Happiness,

    That sounds like you’ve got a corrupt file somehow..
    Could you try downloading a fresh version of the theme from themeforest, removing the currently installed version of the theme and then installing this freshly downloaded version.

    If that does not do the trick please do report here and we’ll investigate it further.

    I downloaded Joop 1.3 version ,
    it’s the same problem after installed.
    How to solve it ?

    I paid the installation #wpinstall-3,all worked not problem.
    but It’s not worked properly after I tried by myself.

    I am also getting the error message when installing the plugin LayerSlider WP.

    I have also tried to unzip the zip file in windows explorer and this also does not work, giving an error message.

    I have also tried redowloading the theme files again from themeforest and still the plugin does not install or unzip.

    Please could you send me a working version of the zip file for the plugin LayerSlider WP.

    I have attached a screenshot of the error.

    Hi all,

    Thanks for pointing this out, I’d guess three people having the same issue cannot be a coincidence. I’m reporting this to our developers team to investigate. Possibly an issue with the uploaded files in the update.

    I’m trying to get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi all,

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience, Lenur is working as I type to fix this issue and we will release JOOP 1.3.1 is a few hours. Theme-forest review department is very fast nowadays so it will be available for download today.
