It is not set to Responsive Design.
Is there any setup of Responsive Design?
iPhone and iPad are the same as the screen of PC.

Cesare is not a responsive design. So thats way it looks the same on a iPhone/iPad/Screen.

Well I don’t get your point why it’s not meaningful if a theme is not responsive. But you have seen the preview page with all the info about Cesare, and we did not stated that Cesare is responsive.‘I want you to repay’ First of all, you have bought Cesare from Themeforest and not from Themedutch. This is not possible as the guidelines of Themeforest will not allow this.
Sorry you feel this way, but there is nothing I can do for you.
