    Hello,

Is there any way to change the speed of image transition in sliders. I’d like to speed it up so to eliminate a white gap (or blank space) between the images?

    Thank you,

    Yoko

    Hi Yoko,

In what slider exactly are you looking to speed it up? What’s the name of the slider?

    Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your prompt response always. It is a ‘Home’ slider, the main one that appears on my home page.

    Hi Yoko,

I’m taking that’s the slider that goes by the name of “Slideshow slider”, as that’s mostly the slider used for the homepage.

We’ve added a Set Interval option to the slider options in Appearance -> notime -> sliders in our latest update (February 20th). Update the theme with themeforest’s latest version to be able to change the slider interval.

I don’t want to update to the latest version and want to know how to adjust the transition speed? Which files and what code do I need to change?

    Thanks

    Hi Kevin,

Wonderful. Could you please tell me how to update the theme? Also, if I do update it, would all my current uploads and posts in my current theme remain as is?

    Thank you,

    Yoko

    Hi,

Yes Yoko, you don’t have to worry about your posts. Here’s a quick guide on how to go about updating the theme.

Downoad the latest version from themeforest,

Go to your themes folder (wp-content/themes) on your FTP.

Rename the currently installed version of the theme from NoTime to NoTimeOld (or anything like that) This in order to deactivate the current theme but still keep a backup of it, may you ever need to change back.

Then upload the theme folder from your new downloadto your FTP. It’s a folder (not a zip) called NoTime, you’ll need to unzip your download a bit to get to it.

Once uploaded, the new theme will automatically be activated and you should be ready to move on.

    @Aaron,

I’m afraid that I cannot give any code-level support because it exceeds what we can offer as free support.
