I am getting the following error when processing a new account (which is causing no emails to go out:
Fatal error: Class ‘order_item_meta’ not found in /home3/stowri/public_html/wp-content/themes/Empress/Empress/woocommerce/emails/email-order-items.php on line 14
We have the latest version of woocommerce and i don’t know if your theme is compatible with it. If not, please direct me to your latest version of your theme to be compatible with Woocommerce 2.0.12
Also, I am having issues with images shrinking or appearing blurry within Chrome and Safari. It works fine in Firefox and IE.

I’m afraid that our empress theme has been suspended about 3 months ago. You can read more about that here: http://theme-dutch.com/wordpress-support/topic/message-from-the-staff-regarding-empress/
I can tell you however that Empress is not compatible with Woocommerce 2.0+ It has been compatible up to Version 1.6.5.2
