      Hello, I cannot access the reminder email that is send to the members, the menu dies not expand and I cannot edit it. Please advice.

      Hi Alliance,

      What Um-switcher version do you have?

      Please do some debugging first, try to disable your other plugins so you can found the conflict it can be also on theme, then let us know.

      Unfortunately debugging did not show anything, deactivated plugins and changed theme but the issue remains.
      Is this the only way we can modify the Reminder email?

      Well it could be by updating the database, but it should work. Can you maybe create a admin login for us, so Roy can have a look? If so please create a ticket and share your login details.
