Helen, I’ll pay for premium support if you think you can fix the problem… I’m not sure what you mean by “but we don’t ive support if third party plugins are used”… This problem, as I’ve indicated, is unrelated […]

I can answer this for you, Rebecca, as I ran into the same problem. You need to open the following file:

It is odd, Kevin, but I just tried it again: I disabled everything other than MikMag and BuddyPress and the problem persists. The only way it works is to disable MikMag and use the BuddyPress default theme. I also […]

Hi,
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is a serious issue with BuddyPress in MikMag. I’m using BuddyPress as a framework for online classes. I need to be able to restrict access to Groups (Classes […] -
David Jamieson replied to the topic Pixelated Featured Image on Blog Post. in the forum Mikmag WordPress theme 2 weeks ago
Ah, I see. The image needs to be cropped to scale first. I was confused because the original image was easily large enough that it shouldn’t be pixelated at that size. Now that I’ve cropped it down, though, it […]

Howdy,

Hi,
I like the way the blog post displays the featured image in a banner across the top of the post. There’s just one problem… It consistently displays a low-resolution, pixelated version. The image I upload is […] -

Alright, forget it. You win. I fixed it myself.
But I have to say, this is no way to run tech support. Your customers shouldn’t have to resort to code-level tinkering to restore basic functionality to a […]

davejay replied to the topic How to stop theme from adjusting size when making the website smaller in browser in the forum Mikmag WordPress theme 1 month ago
Hi Sean,
I can probably help here… MikMag is what’s called a “responsive” theme. It’s designed to adjust the layout based on screen size (and therefore browser window size). The idea behind responsive designs is […] -
davejay replied to the topic Background Image Issue on iPad… in the forum Mikmag WordPress theme 1 month ago
I’m not letting this go, Theme-Dutch. MikMag is sold as a responsive theme, which means there should be no presentational issues like this on an iPad.
If you guys can’t figure out what the problem is, who can?

This problem doesn’t occur with the MikMag demo (www.responsive-wp-theme.com/v2/). Does this mean there’s a problem with the photo I’m using? What do I have to do to get an answer on this?
