I have Screen 1.4
When I clic add media I haven’t any response.
I have 2 reinstalls but it don’t work
can you help me??
Hi Jordi:
It sounds like you have a code conflict causing the media to be non responsive.
If you upgraded to WP 3.6 or added new plugins since the last time the theme worked, you can quickly identify what is creating your screen lock.
WP 3.6 is a game changer and will create havoc with many themes from different authors.
Screen 2.0 is available and it is advisable to upgrade to it.

I can’t find it in my themeforest download adea, there are only 1.4 version. Must I buy the new version to repair my web?

Rescue is close, ThemeDutch are great people and they will help you out. You will be up and running in no time.
Jordi, you will be able to download the updated version at no cost to you and I know you will be very happy with it. There seems to be an old version in the queue and the new version needs to replace it.
For the immediate foreseeable hours, can you deactivate any plugins or reinstall WP 3.5.2 over 3.6 (by FTP) if you upgraded. I was excited about the new 3.6 features as well and upgraded a number of themes from other authors and everything came apart—the sky fell in. I copied 3.5.2 over 3.6 and you may have heard my sigh of relief when everything started working again. They are close enough to be different with database changes that should be transparent to you.
This is a quick fix until you get the new version.

I have now 3.5.2 and haven’t any diference, don’t work.
Wordpress it’s running, but I can’t insert images into posts.

We have updated Screen to version 2.0 indeed, and its running on WordPress 3.5.2.
Screen version 2.0 is also ‘Responsive’ now and includes draggable boxes.Note:
Version 2.0 is not uploaded to Themeforest yet because we want to upgrade it to WordPress 3.6 first.
Right now Screen 1.4 is available, which unfortunately still runs on WP 3.4
This can be the explenation of the issues you’re having right now.
