Just purchased the theme. I am trying to import the demo 02. My host max file upload size is 256MB. It appears to get to the end, but then fails to complete. I have deactivated all plugins other than the ones recommended/required by your theme. I have followed your recommendations.
1. First read Chapter 02 – How to install dummy content (server requirements are met. 256MB max)
2. Make sure WordPress Importer is installed and activated! (It is)
3. When using Woocommerce, first install and activate the plugin. (Trying to do the import from the options section of the theme.)
Our support staff is more then happy to help you in any way they can. Theme support does not include following services though, even though you've purchased a supported theme from your marketplace.

We are not required to support issues about your web hosting or server environment, or issues with the software you’ve got installed on your machine to use our WP theme. Please check your ISP/web hosting provider or other software documentation for help to solve your issues.
