How to register a user at a member | Themedutch

  I created a user profile with UM and then created the product with Woocommerce that’s connected with UM-switcher. But after the payment goes through how is the user suppose to register? Do I put the re-direct link for “register”? I want a user to create an account while they are in the check out process.

  Hi KokuaMedia,
  After the payment your member is already registered. Ultimate member and Woocommerce use the same login etc.

  So I tested this out. I created a free membership with a UM User roll assigned to the product. I completed check out and it never prompted me to create a user name or password for the membership. Any ideas about what I’m doing wrong?

  You need to design your register form and include a user name + password field, please look at UM
  https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/87-adding-a-registration-form for the setup.

  Is the registration form automatically going to show up during check out or do I need to use the shortcode? I tried to see if it would do it automatically with the form set to the default setting and the registration form did not show up during check out.

  And I did just create a form for each user and assign the form to the user. The products are also set to be connected to a user as well. Still no luck with it populating automatically.

  Witch extension do you mean?
  
  With only UM + WC + UMS you can create membership plans. No need for other extensions.

  I hope this thread is still open, I was on vacation and now I’m back.
  
  So Here’s the 3 pages that I have for membership checkout, in order. The registration page doesn’t show up till after the Checkout and Order Summary pages. And there’s a delay. Does this seem correct?
