Thanks, Kevin, btw, I have had a lot of issues with posting to this forum. I will write a post, submit it and it disappears? It took several attempts to get this one to show up at all.
Please post all of your bugs or issues with shortcodes in this thread to avoid duplicates.
I have also tested this and it works for me as well.
The slider works but I noticed that the arrows show on the post whether you have them selected to show or not. In the settings for Nivo Slider you have to option to check whether or not to show them buttons, but they show regardless of what you have checked there.
Attached is what it shows up looking like in the MikMag theme. I haven’t seen this in other themes that I’ve worked with.

You must be logged in to view attched files. In the MikMag theme, whenever you go to add a new post there are Format options? Unless this is a WordPress feature that I have missed, I am not sure what these are or what they do? Do we have any documentation on these?
Here are the options I see:
Standard, Aside, Gallery, Link, Image, Quote, Status, Video, Audio, Chat.
Please post all of your Nivo Slider related bugs here in this thread to avoid duplicate posts.
Hi, you will need to install these via the WordPress plugin manager. They do not come with the theme, but the theme is designed to work with these plugins.
Thanks Kevin, I hope I didn’t come across very cross, but I just feel like this one probably shouldn’t have slipped by? You can delete these thread, just let me know when this bug is fixed.
Thanks,
CHAMPI is suffering from the same bug that MikMag and NoTIME and a few other themes have. Whenever you add multiple images to NIVO slider with links, after the first image loads, the ability to click on the links in the next images disappears. Very disappointing, because there are very few slider options in CHAMPI, and without the ability to click on the links in the slideshow, that renders the NIVO slider entirely useless. This should not have been released with a known bug that was affecting your other themes.
20/03/2013 at 8:47 PM in reply to: Getting post featured images to show up on blog pages properly…. #11102Can you try 2 images that are the same size for the featured image to see if that makes a difference in the sizes. For example as a test - crop both images to 600×400 and when you set them to be your featured image, make sure that you are using full-size. Let me know if that makes a difference.

For Hats - http://www.vbsupco.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/visor3-655×275.jpg
For T-Shirts - http://www.vbsupco.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/tshirt3-959×275.jpg
Are they both set - full width whenever you upload? No scaling, alignment differences, etc?
This thread is for tips, tricks, and how-to’s for the NOTIME theme. I hope to be gathering much documentation to help new users for this theme. Much of what will be shared here, can be found in the demo, but I felt this may be a good place to show the short codes, tips, etc for users to be able to use.
Compatibility
Please be sure to check compatibility of your WordPress version with the version of NOTIME that you are using. You can check the compatibility on the NOTIME Themeforest page.
Information for Internet Explorer users
NOTIME using the latest in web standards, and this template uses CSS v.3. Internet Explorer – versions 8 and below do not support the latest web standards.
Installation
This tutorial section assumes that you have purchased the NOTIME theme, and have successfully installed the theme and activated it on your WordPress blog. Upon purchase of the NOTIME theme, you will be downloading a zip-file with the filename ‘’NOTIME – unzip me please’’.
1. Unzip the downloaded NOTIME zip-file and extract it to any local directory on your computer.
2. Navigate to, and open the unzipped folder. You’ll find 3 zipped folders, a LICENCING FOLDER and one READ ME! File.
3. You can either extract and copy the unzipped NOTIME folder directly into your WP_THEMES FOLDER on your site, or alternatively install the zip through theWordpress ‘INSTALL THEMES’ PANEL
Further instructions are contained in the NOTIME Manual.
Dummy Content
Once you’ve downloaded the theme and extracted the zip file, you will find under the UNZIP ME PLEASE folder, a folder called dummy content. Instructions for how to set up the dummy content are located in that folder along with the themedutch_notime_dump.sql file.
The dummy content is very graphic intensive. Be sure to check with your webhost provider to make sure there are no file size limitations before trying to install the dummy content.
To install the NOTIME dummy content you will need access to your phpMyAdmin software and know how to inject the SQL file.
For more information about phpMyAdmin you can visit their project page here: http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/
NOTIME Demo Content
You can view the NOTIME demo here - http://themeforest.net/item/notime-business-portfolio-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/3680229
Short codes
Where do I find the short codes in my theme?
Whenever you create a new post or page, all of the short codes will be found by click on the highlighted N. You can see all of these in the demo by going to Features and view the short codes from there.
Hi Gail, I am currently testing the NoTime theme and that is why you see the categories working now. The only way to get this to work in MikMag is to downgrade to WordPress 3.4.1 or wait until the update comes for MikMag and the 3.5 compatibility.
Nicholas, one other question in regards to this. Are you viewing the Responsinator in Internet Explorer, and if so what version? The NOTIME theme doesn’t not support IE 8 or lower until a future update is issued.
