My website is http://www.clevelandfilmcollective.com. I created a test account with username cleveland48hfp and successfully purchased my subscription–I received payment and confirmation emails from WooCommerce, my cleveland48hfp user account is correctly showing as Active-Member Role in the WP Dashboard, but when I go to the UM Switcher Dashboard in my WordPress admin there are no active subscriptions. I attached a few screenshots of the wp user panel, the UM Switcher Dashboard showing no subscriptions, and my setup of the product in WooCommerce store plugin. Thanks for your help!

Please do a plugin test first. Deactivate all other plugins and only woocommerce, Ultimate member and UMS active. I see also Jetpack, especially deactivate that one 🙂
Make a new order just like a client, and use a coupon code so you can make the order without paying.
