      Hi.
      The demo content of the Dondo theme doesn’t get imported on wordpress.com servers, (On the e-commerce plan which has many resources and costs 45$/month).
      I tried to import demo 9 with the automated way and it failed. Then I tried the manual way (with the xml file) but that only imported the data of the posts (no images, pages or anything else).
      I contacted wordpress.com support and they said this isn’t a server issue. There seems to be a problem with the theme. (I’ve attached the chat I had with them). I think so too because I have imported very demanding demo contents with this plan before. How do we fix this?

      PS: Just a guess, trying to be helpful: If the import works on your server, could it be that the import doesn’t work with the latest version of PHP or some other setting on wordpress.com servers?

      Hi Yian,

      Please try to disable all the plugins except for td-addons and WordPress importer. might have a conflict with your plugins. also check your file permissions. then try to import again.

      Make sure these plugins is active, rev-slider and td-shortcodes.

      Yes we are using WXML to import a demo content and it’s working to any version of WordPress..

      Only your theme plugins are activated (and Akismet Anti-Spam and Jetpack by WordPress.com that are mandatory on wordpress.com). I’ve attached a screenshot. But the import fails.
      Would you like me to send you login details so you can check yourself? How can I send those details so that they are hidden from others?

      I went to HelpDesk–> My tickets but it sends me to

      Login


      instead of

      My tickets


      although I’m logged in.
      And there is no option to send a ticket although I’m logged in.
      Is there a redirect bug?
