      Hi, we currently have two issues:

      1. We are unable to view the list of subscriptions anymore as it redirects to the homepage of the website when the menu item is clicked on. We can view the users and any other menu item in admin except subscriptions.

      2. Prior to this issue when a user paid by bank transfer and was then approved both in umswitcher and woocommerce the user still showed as being inactive in the subscription list. See image

      Hi there,

      1- It sounds like you don’t have the right user role, please check your user role (users) and make sure your admin.

      2- Did you set the order to completed? Only then it will show up

      Yes i set it to completed, i Accepted their membership etc, all done, its only the members that pay via Bank Transfer, those members that pay via PayPal work fine.
