      Hi, I have a problem with your plugin. When I create a product the UM-SWITCHER setting is corrupt, I attach image.

      UM-Switcher 2.5

      the settings that should be in UM-SWITCHER are displayed in SIMPLE PRODUCT. As a result it does not seem to register the subscription

      Hello G,

      I have not seen this one before, looks like a conflict with a plugin.

      Can you deactivate all other plugins you have installed, so you have only left UM + UMS + WC active.
      Try again to create a product, and it will work.

      Now activate your other plugins one by one, until you find the plugin that gives the conflict. Please place here witch plugin was causing this.

      Well I looked at your site and the first thing I notice is that you have an ssl issue. There is also a jquery issue see my screenshot below.

      Hello G,

      Its never a good thing to place login details on a public forum. And if we need your login we will ask for it.
      But the first thing I see is that you don’t even have a SSL active. ( and I can’t read Italy):

      My advice would be to hire a expert that can setup your installation for you. Setting up and research your installation/server is not included in our plugin price. As this can be a time consuming process.

      No, you just need to create a ticket, and refer to/add the link to your post ‘product settings’.
      and ask for a quote to resolve your issues.
